tapwin8's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your tapwin8 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, tapwin8 reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in your account.
You may request the closure of your tapwin8 account at any time by contacting tapwin8 customer support via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.
Upon termination of your tapwin8 account for any reason, your license to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including but not limited to Sections 7, 8, 9, and 12, shall continue to apply after termination.

For disputes that are not resolved through PAGCOR's process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, you agree to contact tapwin8 customer support in good faith and allow tapwin8 a reasonable period of not less than thirty (30) calendar days to resolve the matter internally.
tapwin8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will display a revised effective date at the top of this page.
